EMDR
What is EMDR therapy?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
EMDR therapy has been extensively researched and has demonstrated effectiveness for the treatment of trauma. Ongoing research has also shown positive outcomes in treating anxiety, depression, and responses to distressing life experiences.
To learn more about EMDR, you can visit the EMDR Research Foundation and EMDR International Association.
